This project represents a significant expansion of Cavco's existing operational capacity. According to company leadership, the El Mirage site will incorporate advanced construction processes and equipment, serving as a hub to increase nationwide distribution of their housing products while reaffirming the firm's commitment to the Phoenix metropolitan area.
