A 13,400-square-foot industrial facility located at 3711 E. Atlanta Ave. in Phoenix has been sold for $2.8 million. The property, built in 1994, is currently utilized as a lens manufacturing site, and the existing tenant has secured a new 10-year lease extension at the location. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor based in California, and procured the buyer, a Phoenix-based private investor, for the transaction. The new ownership intends to perform targeted capital improvements to the building to support the tenant's ongoing operations.
