A flex industrial property located at 3450 N. Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs has been acquired by a private investor group based in California and New York for $4.5 million. The 54,882-square-foot asset, originally constructed in 1966 on a 2.8-acre site, currently features two functional suites designed for single-user or multi-tenant use. The new ownership intends to redevelop the facility to align with contemporary industrial tenant requirements.
