Dutch investor Breevest acquires the 266-unit Avida Aventura multifamily property for $110 million.
Breevest has acquired Avida Aventura, an eight-story multifamily complex located at 19401 West Dixie Highway in Aventura, Florida. The $110 million transaction for the 266-unit building, which was completed in 2024 by Fifield Companies, marks the Dutch investor's first reported entry into the South Florida market. BDT & MSD Partners provided an $85 million acquisition loan to facilitate the deal.
The acquisition follows the initial development of the property on a 1.8-acre site, which Fifield Companies purchased in 2021. The project previously secured $112 million in construction financing from Ladder Capital. This sale is part of a broader trend of activity in the South Florida multifamily investment sector, joining other recent high-profile institutional trades in the region.
