Capital Square acquires Cacéma Townhomes in Kissimmee for $56.2 million, backed by a $33.4 million Freddie Mac loan.
Capital Square has completed the $56.2 million acquisition of Cacéma Townhomes, a 176-unit built-to-rent community located at 2670 Meadow Creek Road in Kissimmee, Fla. The transaction was supported by a 10-year, $33.4 million Freddie Mac loan provided by Walker & Dunlop. JLL brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, Epoch Residential.
Developed through a partnership between Epoch Residential and The Carlyle Group, the property was completed in 2024. The townhome community features three- and four-bedroom floorplans with an average size of 1,423 square feet. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and various outdoor recreational spaces such as pet parks and lakeside firepits.
