Belkorp acquires a 174,801-square-foot manufacturing facility in Phoenix's Sky Harbor submarket for $44.1 million.
Belkorp has finalized the acquisition of an industrial manufacturing property located at 3809 E. Watkins St. in the Sky Harbor Airport submarket of Phoenix. The 174,801-square-foot facility, which includes 8,000 amps of power, was purchased for $44.1 million from an undisclosed seller.
The property is currently fully occupied by AZ Pharmacy, a subsidiary of Amazon, under a lease supported by a corporate guarantee from Amazon.com. Cushman & Wakefield brokers Will Strong, Phil Haenel, Foster Bundy, Molly Miller, Jack Stamets, Michael Matchett, and Madeline Warren facilitated the transaction on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.
The Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission recommended a rezoning for a 68.45-acre site at Burris Road and Gila Bend Highway to industrial use.
