Boutique law firm Abell Eskew Landau is relocating its operations to 1261 Broadway in Midtown South, securing 7,772 square feet on the building's 10th floor. The 11-story property, situated near Herald Square, is owned by Rosen Equities, which reports having finalized over 15,747 square feet of new leasing activity at the site within the last five months.
Additional recent tenants at the building include Hunter Cottingham, which took 4,599 square feet, along with smaller leases for Nisso & Company Trading and RSLT Capital Management. While lease terms for the Abell Eskew Landau deal were not disclosed, office space in the Midtown South submarket averaged $79.86 per square foot as of April.
