Boston-based developer A.W. Perry has acquired 128 acres in Kingston, Massachusetts, for $3.4 million via an online auction. The site, which includes the former Sacred Heart High School campus at 260 Bishops Highway and an undeveloped parcel at 67 Partings Way Road, is currently zoned for single-family residential with 2-acre minimum lots, though the firm is considering a cluster-style development.
The project remains in the early planning stages as the developer evaluates potential residential uses and adaptive reuse of the existing school facilities. A.W.
