Three new retail tenants are joining The Shops at Starwood in Frisco, adding nearly 6,000 square feet of leased space to the 90,667-square-foot center.
The Shops at Starwood, an upscale retail property located at the corner of Lebanon Road and the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, has secured three new tenants to expand its footprint. Stackz Smashburgers & Cocktails, 33 Peaks Café, and Mr. Winston's Barbershop will collectively occupy 5,944 square feet of space at the 90,667-square-foot center.
Stackz Smashburgers & Cocktails, led by entrepreneur Jasin Burt, is set to open in a 2,400-square-foot space this spring. The other two additions, 33 Peaks Café—which is opening its second Dallas-area location—and Mr. Winston's Barbershop, are slated to open this summer in 1,414-square-foot and 1,560-square-foot spaces, respectively. The property is owned by Whitestone REIT, which continues to curate a mix of retail and dining tenants for the asset.
