Eastern Bank has provided $31 million in construction financing to support Wood Partners' Alta Altitude project, a 214-unit luxury apartment complex located in Warwick's 95-acre City Centre master-planned district. The development, which opened in the third quarter of 2025, features amenities including a fitness center, resident lounges, gaming areas, and an outdoor courtyard with a swimming pool, fire pits, and grilling stations.
This transaction marks the first collaboration between Eastern Bank and Wood Partners within Rhode Island and the ninth multifamily construction project the bank has financed for the developer. The City Centre district is slated to eventually encompass over 1.5 million square feet of residential, office, retail, hotel, and commercial space.
