Primak Construction Group is providing building shell and design-assist services for the 135,000-square-foot West Henderson Fieldhouse.
The 135,000-square-foot West Henderson Fieldhouse is currently under construction in Henderson, Nevada, with a scheduled opening for Fall 2026. The facility features a 91,000-square-foot clear-span fieldhouse for sports and a 47,400-square-foot, two-story activity center that includes dining, fitness, and entertainment spaces. The City of Henderson is funding the project as part of its ongoing expansion of municipal recreational infrastructure.
Primak Construction Group (PCG) is delivering design-assist and building shell services, including structural steel, roofing, and insulated metal panel siding. PCG joined the project as a design-build partner to Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, the project's construction manager. The team recently completed the topping off of the facility's steel frame, and current work focuses on the installation of the exterior metal panel envelope.
