The financing, originated by Balbec Capital, follows a $21 million, two-phased renovation of the property completed in 2024.
The hotel spans 7.4 acres and offers 13,370 square feet of meeting space, alongside on-site dining options including the Zephyr Kitchen & Bourbon Bar and a Starbucks. The property is positioned within a primary corporate hub in the Kansas City metro, near major regional employers.
