W Magazine signs a new 12,456-square-foot lease for its headquarters on the 46th floor of 1 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan.
W Magazine has secured a long-term direct lease for 12,456 square feet of office space at 1 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. The publication will occupy the 46th floor of the 3.1-million-square-foot tower, transitioning from its previous sublease arrangement to a permanent headquarters designed to bolster its brand presence and host collaborators. Avison Young represented W Magazine in the negotiations, while the landlord, The Durst Organization, managed the transaction with representation from internal staff and Newmark.
This leasing activity follows another major commitment at the landmark building, where AI firm Norm Ai recently signed for 64,313 square feet. The move reflects a broader trend of companies securing long-term office commitments in New York City to anchor their professional operations.
