Verdantas Leases 10,500 SF at 1044 Route 22 for New Bridgewater Office Hub

Verdantas, an environmental science and engineering firm, has finalized a 10,500-square-foot lease at 1044 Rte. 22 in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The firm will occupy partial first-floor space within the Class A office property, facilitating the consolidation of its operations from three separate locations in Somerville, Bedminster, and Warren into one centralized workplace.

Avison Young facilitated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, while Signature Acquisitions represented the landlord. This move is part of a larger portfolio strategy for Verdantas, which has completed 11 lease transactions with the assistance of Avison Young since August 2025 to modernize its corporate footprint.
