Vanderbuilt Development proposes an office renovation for the 1,920-square-foot former gas station at 624 Clinton Street in Buffalo.
Vanderbuilt Development is seeking city variances to convert a long-vacant, 1,920-square-foot former gas station at 618-624 Clinton Street in Buffalo into office space. The developer acquired the 1959-built property for $110,000 in December and is working with DR Architecture + Design on the renovation plans.
The project currently requires variances regarding front façade transparency and ground floor transparency, as well as approval to install security louvers on the building. Developers have indicated that the proposed security features are designed to be aesthetically pleasing as part of the effort to revitalize the dormant site.
