The Apiary Residences, a new 193-unit luxury apartment community, is now leasing in Denver featuring hotel-style amenities and services.
The Apiary Residences has officially opened for leasing in Denver, introducing a hospitality-focused living model that sits atop the Apiary Hotel. The project includes 193 residential units, featuring floor plans ranging from one-bedroom layouts to 13 penthouses that reach up to 4,072 square feet. The community aims to bridge the gap in the city's luxury rental market by providing hotel-level services, including an app for room service delivery from on-site venues like Keepers Cocktail Lounge and June Gap Market and Cafe.
Designed with a nature-inspired aesthetic, the residences feature premium finishes such as quartz countertops, Thermador appliances, and engineered hardwood flooring. Residents have access to amenities including a rooftop pool, sauna, and co-working spaces, with penthouse occupants receiving additional perks through the Colony Club, such as valet parking, grocery delivery, and monthly housekeeping. The project is managed by Greystar.
