Full Sail University has commenced construction on Dream Lofts, a new student housing development located in Winter Park, Florida. The project is designed as a five-storey residential complex that will offer 180 units and 570 beds, featuring floor plans ranging from one to four bedrooms. A pedestrian bridge spanning University Boulevard will connect the housing directly to the university campus.
The development will include modern amenities such as a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, and a landscaped outdoor courtyard. Interior spaces are designed to foster student collaboration, with open-concept study areas, lounge spaces, and shared living facilities. The first phase of the community is scheduled to open in 2028.
