Tavros signs Chelsea Piers Fitness to a 76,000-square-foot lease at its planned mixed-use development at 250 Water St. in Lower Manhattan.
Tavros has secured a long-term lease with Chelsea Piers Fitness for its upcoming mixed-use project at 250 Water St. in Lower Manhattan. The fitness club will occupy 76,000 square feet across five floors, featuring an additional 9,000 square feet of outdoor space.
Tavros acquired the site in February in partnership with Atlas Capital, with construction on the tower slated to break ground this winter. This agreement marks the second collaboration between Tavros and Chelsea Piers Fitness, following their previous partnership on a similar fitness destination.
