TA Realty Reacquires 178K SF Webster Business Park in Miami for $48M

Boston-based TA Realty has purchased Webster Business Park, a four-building industrial campus located at 7200 Northwest 25th Street near Miami International Airport, for $47.6 million. The 7.8-acre site, originally built in the 1970s, spans 178,521 square feet, with the transaction price equating to approximately $267 per square foot. The seller was AEW Capital Management, which had acquired the property for $25 million in 2019.

This transaction marks a homecoming for TA Realty, which previously owned the asset from 2005 to 2016 before selling it to Cofe Properties for $16.6 million. The acquisition adds to TA Realty’s growing South Florida industrial portfolio, which includes several recent multi-million dollar investments across Miami-Dade County.
