Sweetgreen Completes 2,406 SF Tenant Buildout at El Paseo de Saratoga in San Jose

Sweetgreen is expanding its presence in West San Jose with the opening of a 2,406-square-foot restaurant at the El Paseo de Saratoga shopping center on May 19, 2026. The new location features an open-concept kitchen and a source board highlighting local California suppliers, including Jayleaf and Dynasty Farms.

The restaurant will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering both in-store dining and digital ordering options. To celebrate the launch, Sweetgreen is hosting a week of community events and donating a meal to the nonprofit Hunger at Home for every order placed on the store's opening day.
