Sullivan Capital Wraps $1.4M Renovation of Lenox Garden Gables Inn

Boston-based Sullivan Capital has completed an extensive $1.4 million renovation of the Garden Gables Inn in Lenox, Massachusetts. The historic property, with segments dating back to 1780, has been repositioned as a modern, year-round boutique hotel.

The project, which received approval from the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals in February 2025, modernizes the facility while maintaining its historic character. Located on Main Street, the hotel now features updated interiors and amenities designed to cater to the local downtown business district and tourism market.
