Houston-based developer Sueba USA has officially opened Boardwalk Square, a new 353-unit luxury apartment community located at 125 Prairie Parkway in Katy. The mid-rise development features 20 open-concept floor plans, ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts between 496 and 2,088 square feet.
