Comedian Nate Bargatze is planning Nateland, a $350 million theme park spanning over 100 acres within an hour of Nashville.
Comedian Nate Bargatze has announced plans to develop Nateland, a large-scale theme park estimated at $350 million. The project is expected to cover more than 100 acres and feature a variety of attractions including roller coasters and live performances organized into three distinct sections inspired by the comedian's life. While the project is currently in the early planning stages and lacks a specific site, Bargatze intends to secure a location within one hour of Nashville.
To facilitate the project, Bargatze has engaged Storyland Studios to handle the design. The development team is actively exploring local and state tax incentives to support the venture. Bargatze stated that his goal is to create a family-oriented destination that provides a unique alternative to traditional arena-based entertainment venues.
