Spandrel Development Partners has finalized $32.36 million in construction financing for a new 154-room AC Hotel by Marriott. The property will be situated within the Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville, Alabama, on a 4.67-acre site acquired by the developer in late 2025.
Peachtree Group provided the three-year loan, which includes two one-year extension options. The project is positioned to capitalize on Huntsville’s robust economic growth, driven by nearby demand generators including Cummings Research Park, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, and Redstone Arsenal.
