Sky Equity Group secures $55M in construction financing for a 104-unit mixed-use development with 45,000 square feet of retail in Kaser.
Sky Equity Group has secured $55 million in construction financing to develop a 104-unit multifamily project located at 10 Ashel Lane in Kaser, New York. The development, which is situated near the hamlet of Monsey, will feature 45,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, including planned facilities for a kosher grocer and an urgent care provider. The residential component is designed with a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments to serve local multigenerational families.
Dwight Mortgage Trust provided the construction loan, which was arranged by Steven Hersko of SBH Group. The project is being developed by Sky Equity, an affiliate of Rabsky Group, and is positioned to capitalize on strong population growth within the Kaser area.
