Shark Bar and Kitchen has opened The Red Cat Sushi Bar on the second floor of its Wrightsville Beach restaurant following seasonal renovations.
Shark Bar and Kitchen has expanded its culinary offerings in Wrightsville Beach with the debut of The Red Cat Sushi Bar. Located on the second floor of the existing seafood restaurant, the new sushi concept was launched by founders Alan and Jennifer Giaquinto alongside chef-partner Louie Sipler.
The project was completed following a renovation period during the restaurant's down season, with the sushi bar officially opening for service in February 2026.
