Saunders Construction completes a phased renovation of the Emich Kia dealership in Denver to modernize the facility and align it with updated brand standards.
Saunders Construction has finished a complex, phased renovation of the Emich Kia dealership in Denver. The project focused on modernizing the facility to meet Kia’s updated branding requirements while ensuring that dealership operations, including sales and service, remained fully functional throughout the construction process. Key improvements include refreshed customer-facing areas, upgraded interiors, and enhanced service bays.
The project was designed by Architectural Workshop, with Concertus serving as the owner’s representative to oversee the phased execution. Despite operating out of temporary facilities during the build, the dealership achieved national recognition in September 2025, becoming the top electric vehicle Kia dealer in the United States by selling more than 280 units during the renovation period.
