Realterm has completed the acquisition of 935 Garrison Ave., an industrial outdoor storage and maintenance facility located in the Hunts Point submarket of The Bronx, New York. The site spans one acre and includes a 9,400-square-foot maintenance building equipped with three drive-in bays. The property is fully paved, fenced, and lit.
Currently vacant, the asset is available for lease as Realterm prepares to execute a series of targeted capital improvements. The acquisition marks the investment firm's fifth property in The Bronx, further expanding its portfolio of transportation-advantaged industrial assets.
