PSRS has facilitated $24 million in financing for a retail asset situated in the historic Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego. The property totals 54,650 square feet of leasable space.
Tony Messiah of PSRS arranged the debt through one of the firm’s correspondent life insurance company relationships. The loan is structured with a five-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule.
