Gourmet popcorn retailer Pop-Pop Hurray! has opened its third storefront at the intersection of 11th Street and Locust in Downtown St. Louis. The new 1100 Locust location now serves as the company's central hub for both production and shipping fulfillment.
The expansion was supported by the Downtown Retail Incentive program, which provides funding for small businesses to assist with interior improvements and outdoor signage. The new shop offers over 50 flavors of popcorn and operates Tuesday through Sunday.
