PNK Group has commenced construction on PNK 200, a 1 million-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Griffin, Georgia.
PNK Group has broken ground on PNK 200, a new speculative industrial project in Griffin, Georgia. The facility, which is situated south of Atlanta at 35 S. McDonough Road, will span approximately 1 million square feet. Building specifications include 40-foot clear heights, an 8-inch reinforced slab, 194 dock doors, and four drive-in doors. The structure will also feature 480 car parking spaces and 245 trailer spots, along with three-layer insulated reinforced concrete walls and an R-25 enhanced roof insulation system.
This development marks the second project for PNK Group at this industrial park, following the recent delivery of a 306,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Rinnai America Corp. The project benefits from its strategic location near Interstate 75 within a regional industrial cluster already home to major manufacturing and distribution companies.
