The New Brunswick Planning Board has unanimously approved a 14-story senior living facility located at the intersection of Easton Avenue and Landing Lane. The project, developed by Parker Health Group, will span approximately 416,000 square feet on a 2.3-acre site. The building will feature 171 units, including 109 independent living apartments, 30 assisted living units, and 32 memory care units, supported by a 209-stall parking garage.
The development will offer various amenities, including a coffee shop, wellness center, garden, auditorium, and rooftop mezzanine. Designed by THW Design, the project is intended to provide a hotel-style living experience for seniors. Parker Health Group, which currently operates a facility on the site dating back to 1907, expects to begin demolition in approximately one year. Langan Engineering is providing engineering services for the project.
