PA Hospitality Begins Construction on 152-Room AC Hotel at Houston CityCentre

PA Hospitality is set to break ground on June 3 for the AC Hotel by Marriott CityCentre Houston, a 152-room lifestyle hotel marking the brand's first ground-up development in the city. Located in the Katy Freeway/West Houston submarket, the project will feature European-inspired design, an AC Lounge with tapas-style dining, meeting space, and fitness facilities.

The hotel is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027, catering to business travelers with proximity to the Energy Corridor. The regional hospitality market reported a Q1 2026 occupancy rate of 65.5% in the local submarket, reflecting a 3.5% increase over the previous year.
