Ocean Bank has finalized a $16.8 million financing deal for the Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The property, owned by Hotel of Deerfield LLC, operates as a 104-room hotel and includes amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, on-site parking, and a breakfast area.
The financing was facilitated by the corporate lending team at Ocean Bank. Sanjay Patel, president of the ownership group, noted that the partnership was completed efficiently, marking an expansion of the developer's Florida hotel portfolio.
