Northspyre leases 6,571 square feet of office space at the Ponce City Market mixed-use development in Atlanta.
Development management platform Northspyre has expanded its footprint in Atlanta, securing 6,571 square feet of office space at Jamestown’s Ponce City Market. The company currently houses 20 employees at the location, with plans to grow its local team to 50 staff members over the next 18 months.
The lease highlights the ongoing demand for space at the historic property, which features direct access to the Atlanta Beltline and recently debuted the 7,600-square-foot Ponce Annex. This new flex space provides common areas and six tech-enabled meeting rooms capable of accommodating groups of up to 150 people. CBRE represented Jamestown in the transaction, while JLL advised Northspyre.
The Georgia Cyber Innovation and Training Center in Augusta currently has five office space options available for lease across two buildings.
