The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and global innovation firm SOSA have launched the New Jersey Business Acceleration and Soft-Landing Ecosystem (NJ BASE) in Jersey City. Located at 3 Second Street, the 7,200-square-foot facility serves as a landing pad for international companies, offering co-working space, mentorship, and support for market entry and scaling within the United States.

The project is designed to attract startups in sectors such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and fintech. Operated by SOSA, the center will house an initial cohort of 15-20 companies, providing resources to facilitate long-term growth and job creation in New Jersey. The initiative is a collaborative effort between the NJEDA, SOSA, and Choose New Jersey.
