Newmark has successfully negotiated the sale and financing of Village at Iron Blossom, a 404-unit multifamily community located at 690 E. Patriot Blvd. in South Reno. The property, originally built in 1984, has undergone significant capital improvements over the last decade, with the previous owner investing approximately $12 million to maintain its status as a Class B asset.
Financial terms of the transaction and the associated financing deal were not disclosed. Jonathan Merhaut led the Newmark team in representing the undisclosed seller.
