Respite Care and Neenan Archistruction have officially opened a new 20,000-square-foot facility in Timnath, Colorado. The project represents a significant expansion for the organization, more than doubling its previous capacity to serve over 150 children and their families across Larimer and Weld counties.
The single-story building was purpose-built through an integrated design-build process led by Neenan Archistruction. It features specialized sensory rooms, indoor play areas, and enhanced security systems, all designed to accommodate children with diverse physical and emotional needs. The facility operates 24/7, providing critical overnight and extended respite services to the Northern Colorado region.
