Metcalf Builders has completed construction of East Building 6, a 475,880-square-foot bulk industrial facility located at 2200 USA Parkway within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. Owned by Locus Development Group, the project represents a $24 million investment in the region's manufacturing and logistics infrastructure.
The delivery of East Building 6 adds significant capacity to the Comstock Commerce Center, one of the world's largest master-planned industrial parks. The facility is now fully operational and ready to support warehousing and distribution tenants as Northern Nevada continues to establish itself as a primary industrial hub.
