Marcus & Millichap Leases Additional 5K SF at AmTrustRE’s 260 Madison Avenue Office Tower

Marcus & Millichap has finalized a lease expansion and extension at AmTrustRE's 260 Madison Avenue, an office building located near Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. The real estate advisory firm added 5,000 square feet to its existing 36,000-square-foot footprint, now occupying the entire ninth floor and a portion of the 10th floor.

AmTrustRE acquired the 22-story asset for $217 million in October 2025 and has since focused on repositioning the property. The deal was brokered by a CBRE team representing both the landlord and the tenant.
