CBRE has facilitated the sale of a 24,660-square-foot industrial facility located at 177 Vallecitos de Oro in San Marcos, California. The asset was purchased by a local family trust from seller Davis, Gottleib & Shaw LP for $4.4 million.
The property is currently fully occupied by Window World, a national exterior remodeling and replacement window firm, which maintains a long-term, triple-net lease at the site. The CBRE brokerage team of Matt Pourcho, Blake Wilson, Roger Carlson, and Anthony DeLorenzo represented the seller in the transaction.
