Littleton City Councilman Merrill Stillwell has acquired the 6,250-square-foot building located at 833 Santa Fe Drive in Denver for $1.9 million, or $303 per square foot. The 105-year-old property, formerly the gallery of nature photographer John Fielder, is currently occupied by the wedding and event venue Skylight, which holds two years remaining on its lease. Stillwell, whose firm Colfax Real Estate Co. focuses on retail investments, plans to perform building improvements including roof repairs and sewer line maintenance.
