The owner of the rental property located at 183-189 Avenue B in Manhattan has filed a lawsuit against their ground-floor tenant, a church, alleging unauthorized commercial operations within the premises. The building owner claims the religious organization has violated its lease agreement by utilizing the space to host a barbershop, a bar, and a nightclub.
