KPMG Completes 65,000-Square-Foot Office Buildout at U.S. Bank Tower

KPMG has relocated its Los Angeles operations to a 65,000-square-foot office at the U.S. Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles.

By Colin Percy · May 26, 2026

KPMG has officially moved into a modernized, 65,000-square-foot office space spanning three floors at the 73-story U.S. Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles. The firm signed a 12-year lease for the space last August, citing the need for a collaborative, hybrid-friendly environment as the primary driver for the relocation from their former office at KPMG Center. The office renovation incorporates advanced technology, project rooms, and diverse seating configurations designed to accommodate the firm’s shift toward three-day-a-week in-person collaboration.

In addition to the downtown expansion, KPMG has secured a 12-year lease for a 40,000-square-foot office at the Plaza at Continental Park in El Segundo to better serve clients in the South Bay and Westside regions. This expansion reflects the firm's continued commitment to the Los Angeles market, despite broader trends of commercial real estate softening in the downtown core.
