Kerwin Medical Center expands its clinical research operations into a second location at the 4315 Innovation Center in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas.
Kerwin Medical Center (KMC), a clinical research facility specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia treatment, has opened a new office in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. The facility is located within the 4315 Innovation Center, a building formerly occupied by the Dallas-Area Urban League that underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation to revitalize the property.
The redevelopment project at 4315 South Lancaster Road was supported by a $750,000 economic development grant approved by the Dallas City Council in 2019. Completed by E. Smith Communities in late 2020, the site improvements included significant mechanical, electrical, and structural upgrades designed to strengthen the economic fabric of the Lancaster Corridor.
