A Maricopa County judge has ordered Zom Living to pay $323 million in compensatory damages to the now-defunct Gray Development Group. The judgment follows a unanimous jury verdict finding that Zom breached a contract and noncircumvention agreement by misappropriating confidential market data and development strategies for five Arizona multifamily and commercial projects that Gray had originally conceived.
