JPI has officially broken ground on Jefferson Grandscape II, a five-story multifamily development located within the 433-acre Grandscape mixed-use district in The Colony, Texas. The $77.8 million project will feature a unit mix of 11 studios, 172 one-bedroom apartments, 86 two-bedroom units, and eight three-bedroom residences. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, sky lounge, and outdoor courtyards equipped with fire pits.
Construction financing for the project is being provided by QuadReal Property Group in collaboration with Nebraska Furniture Mart, the owner of the Grandscape development. The property is currently slated to welcome its first residents by early 2028.
