Freshpet has moved into a new 30,000-square-foot headquarters in Bedminster, a built-to-suit project developed by Advance Realty Investors and built by Iron Hill Construction Management.
Freshpet Inc. has officially occupied its new 30,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at 1450 Route 206 in Bedminster, New Jersey. The project, a ground-up, built-to-suit development led by Advance Realty Investors, was constructed by Iron Hill Construction Management and recently earned the NAIOP New Jersey Office Deal of the Year award.
The two-story office space features a design by Studio 1200 that emphasizes sustainability and employee experience. Amenities include a central town hall, collaborative breakout areas, a dedicated dog playroom, and extensive outdoor walking paths. This new facility serves as the company's base following its relocation from Secaucus and is part of a broader mixed-use redevelopment effort by Advance Realty Investors.
