Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of a 2,847-square-foot single-tenant restaurant property located at 2817 N. 7th St. in Phoenix. The building, which was originally constructed in 1969, operates as an Original Chop Shop. The restaurant is currently open for business and will continue its operations under the new ownership.
Mark Ruble, Chris Lind, and Zack House of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction and secured the buyer, a California-based investor. Original Chop Shop is a fast-casual eatery headquartered in Scottsdale that maintains a footprint of 27 locations throughout Arizona, Texas, and Georgia.
