INDUS Realty Trust has launched vertical construction on the first building within its new 2.15 million-square-foot master-planned logistics park, INDUS Commerce Center @ 840. The development is situated on a recently acquired 189-acre site located off I-840 in Lebanon, Tennessee, where mass grading has already been completed to render the entire park pad-ready.
The initial phase features a 507,000-square-foot speculative cross-dock facility. Designed to accommodate tenants requiring between 250,000 and 1 million square feet, the site will support both speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects. CBRE's Will Goodman and Jack Armstrong have been tapped to lead leasing efforts for the campus.
